Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

General Terms

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

2. Rates and Pricing

All rates are quoted in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Special offers and promotional rates may have additional terms and conditions.

3. Minimum Stay Requirements

Certain dates and room types may have minimum stay requirements. These will be clearly indicated during the booking process. Peak season dates typically require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

4. Age Requirements

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

5. Group Bookings

Bookings of 5 or more rooms are considered group bookings and may be subject to different terms, rates, and policies. Please contact our group reservations team for assistance.

Payment Terms

1. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Debit cards may be accepted with additional verification. Cash payments are accepted for incidental charges only.

2. Deposit Requirements

  • Standard bookings: First night deposit required at time of booking
  • Extended stays (7+ nights): 50% deposit required
  • Peak season bookings: Full prepayment required
  • Non-refundable rates: Full prepayment required
  • 3. Authorization Hold

    A credit card authorization hold will be placed at check-in to cover incidental charges. The hold amount is typically $100-$500 per day depending on room type. This hold will be released within 5-10 business days after check-out.

    4. Currency

    All charges will be processed in the local currency. Exchange rates are determined by your credit card company and may vary.

    5. Billing

    Final bills will be presented at check-out. Any disputes must be raised before departure. For express check-out, final bills are emailed within 24 hours.

    Liability & Responsibility

    1. Personal Property

    The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. In-room safes are provided for valuables. We recommend using safety deposit boxes at reception for high-value items.

    2. Recreational Activities

    Participation in resort activities, water sports, and spa treatments is at your own risk. Guests are required to sign activity-specific waivers before participation. The resort is not liable for injuries resulting from guest negligence.

    3. Health & Safety

    Guests with medical conditions should consult their physician before using spa facilities, pool, or participating in physical activities. The resort is not responsible for health-related incidents unless caused by resort negligence.

    4. Force Majeure

    The resort is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Our total liability for any claim arising from your stay shall not exceed the total amount paid for your reservation.

    Booking Modifications

    1. Changes to Reservations

    Modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability. Rate changes may apply if the modified dates or room type differ from the original booking.

    2. Date Changes

  • Changes made more than 7 days before arrival: No fee
  • Changes made within 7 days of arrival: $50 modification fee may apply
  • Peak season bookings: Modifications may not be permitted
  • 3. Room Type Changes

    Upgrades are subject to availability and rate differences. Downgrades may result in partial refund based on rate difference.

    4. Name Changes

    The primary guest name can be changed up to 24 hours before check-in. Third-party bookings require written authorization from the booking party.

    5. Non-Modifiable Rates

    Promotional and non-refundable rates cannot be modified. A new booking must be made and the original booking cancelled per cancellation policy.
